Jew-haters on both the left and the right are accusing Israel of dragging America into this war.
President Trump says that if anything, he dragged Israel into the war.
I say that if the fact that Iran chants “Death to America,” has tried to assassinate the President of the United States, and has the blood of countless American lives on its hands, means nothing to you, that’s ok.
I won’t bother to explain that Iran is an existential threat to Israel. Or how the regime has slaughtered thousands of its own people. Or that it deprives its own citizens of food and electricity to finance our death and destruction.
I won’t discuss the devastation it has brought to every country where it built its proxies. Or the missiles and drones it has already launched that have reached European territory. Or the fact that its weapons are being used by Russia in the war against Ukraine.
Instead, I will say this:
It is the Nation of Israel’s job to be a light unto the nations — even when, perhaps especially when, the nations are lost in the darkness of their own moral confusion.
We are done apologizing for protecting our own lives. That is what NEVER AGAIN means.
And we won’t apologize for being who we are supposed to be.
Today, the Jewish nation is standing between that darkness and the world. (Thankfully, today America is led by people who are not themselves morally confused and are willing to stand with us.}
Just 80 years ago, the nations of Europe, whether actively or passively, tried to destroy the Jews. Today, the Jewish Nation is preventing the darkness of Iran from swallowing them.
And perhaps that fact is exactly what is infuriating so many Jew haters…
