      1. I think your fourth point resonates with me, pointing out the difference of going to war as opposed to fighting for your home. I’ve seen the same thing said about the Vietnamese soldiers, in that almost none of them suffered from PTSD, however American soldiers came back from that war in horrible shape.


      2. It’s wise.
        Without release memories fester like poison to the soul. Then the fear of the fear creates the real problems.
        Expression actually helps other people too cause then they learn that they aren’t the only ones so it’s doubly good 🙂
